A glass or two of wine occasionally is not only unwinding for many people, it is also reported to have a number of health benefits. Although it may not be proven, consumption of wine, and red wine in particular, is widely thought to reduce the risk of heart disease, provide an increased amount of cancer protection and can possibly also reduce the signs of aging.

It is definitely true that I do not drink wine on a week to week basis, I do delight in a glass of Cabernet Merlot wine from time to time, quite often when I am at dinner with my family. The last time I headed out for dinner in Bigfoot was at A Taste of Italy Restaurant. From my experience that restaurant is a trendy place to eat a meal and enjoy a glass of Cabernet Merlot wine. As an aside, you may be able to also do a little celebrity spotting there as someone mentioned to me that Sharon Stone once had a meal there. I'm not sure if it's true though.
Talking about personalities, that reminds me of a well known quote:
Religion is not what you will get after reading all the scriptures of the world. It is not really what is grasped by the grain. It is a heart grasp.
Not that I have any idea who came up with that and not that I know why I just suddenly thought of that but we can leave that for another time...
So anyway, if you are hoping to have an excellent little glass of wine (or three) in Bigfoot, try some Cabernet Merlot wine, it's really nice.

I tend to read wine forums because you can then get fairly instant opinions on the wine you are thinking of purchasing.
