Ale Flip recipe

There are many different drinks available now that it is difficult to know what to buy. One of the easiest ways to find out which the best value for money wines are is to check out reviews. That means you will have some knowledge of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really the best way of discovering excellent wines.

I did always drink cocktails and have a tasty Ale Flip recipe which I used to make. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. For instance, the Ale Flip recipe uses these ingredients:

12 oz ale
1 oz brandy
1 oz lemon juice
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1/4 tsp ground ginger

Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during specials, you can often break your budget by consuming a couple of cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will choose white wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a delicious drink which is most probably much healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I can I prefer to buy organic wine or low sulphate wine. I love Australian wines but am willing to try anything. I have also tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to judge a wine based on the location where it is grown, you can be shocked at the quality of wines grown in areas not known for wine production.

There are many websites where you can find wine reviews to help you make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I tend to read wine blogs because you can then get fairly instant comments on the wine you are thinking of buying.
