Amigo recipe

There are so many different beverages available now that it is confusing to know what to choose. One of the easiest ways to find out which the best quality wines are is to read reviews. That way you will have some inclination of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really one of the best way of choosing great wines.
I did always drink cocktails and have a tasty Amigo recipe which I used to make up. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. For instance, the Amigo recipe consists of only these ingredients:
1 oz white rum
3/4 oz creme de bananes
1/4 oz apricot brandy
1 1/2 oz pear juice
1 dash grenadine syrup
Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during specials, you can easily break the budget by consuming a few cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will choose white wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a great drink which is most likely better for me and with fewer calories.
Whenever I have a choice I prefer to buy organic wines or preservative free wine. I adore French wines but am glad to try anything. I have even tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to choose a wine based on the region where it is grown, you can be shocked at the quality of wines produced in regions not known for wine production.
There are many websites where you can find wine information to allow you to make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I prefer to read wine forums because you can then get immediate opinions on the wine you are contemplating purchasing.
If you are interested in organic wines then see Treehugger for information on how purchasing organic food is less damaging for out planet. Wikipedia also has some good articles on organic growing and organic food and wine.
