Andalusian Smile recipe

There are plenty of different alcoholic drinks available these days that it is difficult to know what to get. One of the easiest ways to know which the best value for money wines are is to read reviews. That means you will have some idea of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really a great way of choosing excellent wines.

I used to always drink cocktails and have a good Andalusian Smile recipe which I used to make. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Andalusian Smile recipe uses only these ingredients:

1 3/4 oz dry sherry
1/2 oz white rum
1/2 oz cognac
1 dash Angostura® bitters

Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a hip bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during specials, you can easily break your budget by drinking a couple of cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will drink red wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a great drink which is most likely healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I can I prefer to buy organic wine or low sulphate wine. I adore French wines but am willing to try anything. I have even tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to pick a wine based on the location where it is made, you can be amazed at the quality of wines made in regions not known for wine production.

There are many websites where you can find wine information to help you make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I prefer to read wine forums because you can then get almost instant opinions on the wine you are considering buying.

If you are thinking of trying organic wines then see Treehugger for details on how purchasing organic food is less damaging for the environment. Wikipedia also has some good articles on organic growing and organic food and wine.
