Australian Wine in Holdrege

Having a couple of glasses of wine now and then is not only enjoyable for many people, it is also thought to have plenty health benefits. Although possibility not proven, a regular glass of wine, and red wine in particular, is accepted to reduce the risk of heart disease, provide a certain amount of cancer protection and could possibly also defer the signs of aging.

While it's true that I don't drink each day, I do like a glass of Australian wine occasionally, generally when I am spending an evening with my closest friends. The last time I headed out for dinner in Holdrege was at Clark Auction Real Estate. That restaurant is a trendy place to eat dinner and enjoy a glass of Australian wine. As an aside, you can also do some celebrity spotting there as a couple of people told me that Shannon Elizabeth once went there. However that may not be true.

While I'm thinking about well known people, that reminds me of a well known quote:

I don't have a clue who wrote that and I don't have a clue why I just this moment recalled that but that's another story...
