A nice glass or two of wine from time to time is not only decompressing for load of people, it is also reported by many to have fantastic health benefits. Although possibility not proven, consuming wine, and red wine in particular, is thought to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, provide a certain level of cancer protection and could also defer the signs of aging.

While it is true that I don't really drink wine on a fairly regular basis, I do delight in a glass of Austrian wine from time to time, quite often when I am at an evening with some friends. My last time in Anchorville, unincorporated community was at Basta Pasta Restaurant. From my experience it's a excellent place to eat dinner and drink a glass of Austrian wine. Surprisingly, you can also do a bit of celebrity spotting there as a couple of people told me that Eliza Dushku once made an appearance there. That may not be true though.

Speaking of well known celebrities, that reminds me of an old well known quote:

I am not sure who wrote that and I do not have any idea why I just now remembered that but that is off topic...
