Authentic Pina Colada recipe

There are many different alcoholic drinks available these days that it is difficult to know what to choose. One of the easiest ways to discover which the best quality wines are is to read reviews. That way you will have some inclination of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really the best way of discovering great wines.

I would mostly drink cocktails and have a great Authentic Pina Colada recipe which I used to make. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Authentic Pina Colada recipe includes these ingredients:

1 1/2 oz light rum
2 oz Coco Lopez® cream of coconut
2 oz pineapple juice
1 cup crushed ice

Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are expensive! Even during specials, you can easily break a budget by having some cocktails. So now, more often than not I will choose white wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a delicious drink which is most likely healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever possible I prefer to buy organic wines or preservative free wine. I love French wines but am happy to try anything. I have happily tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to judge a wine based on the region where it is produced, you can be shocked at the quality of wines made in areas not known for wine production.

There are many places where you can find wine information to help you make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I tend to read wine forums because you can then get almost instant comments on the wine you are considering purchasing.

If you are thinking of trying organic wines then check out Treehugger for help on how buying organic food is less damaging for soils. Wikipedia also has some good articles on organic farms and organic food and wine.
