There are plenty of different beverages available in the shops that it is confusing to know what to buy. One of the easiest ways to know which the best value for money wines are is to find reviews. That way you will have some idea of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really the best way of finding delicious wines.
I used to mostly drink cocktails and have a great Bali Hai recipe which I used to make up. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. For instance, the Bali Hai recipe uses these ingredients:
2 oz light rum
1 oz aguardiente brandy
2 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp orgeat syrup
1 tsp grenadine syrup
fill with Champagne
Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during discount times, you can easily break a budget by drinking a few cocktails. So now, more often than not I will drink red wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a great drink which is probably healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever I have a choice I prefer to buy organic wines or low sulphate wine. I adore Australian wines but am glad to try anything. I have even tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to choose a wine based on the region where it is grown, you can be surprised at the quality of wines produced in regions not known for wine production.
There are many places where you can find wine recommendations to enable you to make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I prefer to read wine social media sites because you can then get immediate feedback on the wine you are contemplating buying.
