There are so many different drinks available in the shops that it is difficult to know what to choose. One of the easiest ways to know which the best value for money wines are is to read reviews. That means you will have some knowledge of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really a great way of discovering delicious wines.

I did often drink cocktails and have a great Banana Split #2 recipe which I used to make up. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Banana Split #2 recipe uses the following ingredients:

1/3 oz 99 Bananas® banana schnapps
1/3 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1/3 oz Godiva® chocolate liqueur
1 cherry

Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during happy hour, you can often break the budget by drinking a couple of cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will choose rose wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a great drink which is probably healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I can I prefer to order organic wines or low sulphate wine. I adore French wines but am happy to try anything. I have even tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to pick a wine based on the country where it is made, you can be shocked at the quality of wines produced in countries not known for wine production.

There are many websites where you can find wine information to enable you to make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer rose or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I prefer to read wine social media sites because you can then get almost instant opinions on the wine you are thinking of buying.

If you are interested in organic wines then visit Treehugger for details on how buying organic wine is less destructive for out planet. Wikipedia also has some good articles on organic farms and organic food and wine.
