Barberesco Wine in Kechi

Having a glass of wine now and then is not only relaxing for plenty of people, it is also reported by many to have a number of health benefits. Although not proven, consuming wine, and red wine in particular, is widely accepted to reduce the risk of heart disease, provide a level of cancer protection and could possibly also somewhat reduce the signs of aging.

Barberesco Wine in Kechi

While I don't drink much wine on a regular basis, I do savour a glass of Barberesco wine occasionally, quite often when I'm enjoying a quiet meal with my family. The last time I headed out for dinner in Kechi was at Country Gal's Kitchen. That restaurant is a trendy place to eat a meal and drink a glass of Barberesco wine. Also, you might be able to also do a little celebrity spotting there as a couple of people told me that Ashlee Simpson once spent an evening there. I'm not sure that really happened though.

Talking about well known people, that reminds me of this famous quote:

Most folks are about as happy as they make up their minds to be.

I don't know who came up with that and I'm not sure why I just suddenly recalled that but I should get back on topic...

Back to the drinks, if you are wanting to have a delicious small glass of wine (or two) in Kechi, try some Barberesco wine, it's really delicious.
