Barberesco Wine in Mystic

Enjoying a couple of glasses of wine now and then is not only loosening for load of people, it is also believed by many to have significant health benefits. Although not necessarily proven, consumption of wine, and red wine in particular, is widely accepted to reduce the risk of heart disease, provide an increased level of cancer protection and can possibly also defer the signs of aging.

Barberesco Wine in Mystic

Even though you could say that I do not drink on a fairly regular basis, I do love a glass of Barberesco wine occasionally, quite often when I am spending a quiet meal with my friends. The most recent time I went out to dinner in Mystic was at Cafe Red Onion - Northwest Freeway Location. That place is a top place to eat and enjoy a glass of Barberesco wine. Not forgetting, you could also do a little celebrity spotting there as I heard that Tara Reid once drank there. That may not be true though.

I don't know who said that and I admit I do not know why I quite suddenly remembered that but we'll leave that for another day...

Back to the drinks, if you are trying to have an enjoyable drink of wine (or two) in Mystic, try some Barberesco wine, it's really amazing.
