Barbican recipe

There are so many different drinks available these days that it is confusing to know what to buy. One of the best ways to know which the best quality wines are is to find reviews. That means you will have some knowledge of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really a great way of finding delicious wines.
I would mostly drink cocktails and have a tasty Barbican recipe which I used to make up. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Barbican recipe consists of these ingredients:
3 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
1/2 oz Drambuie® Scotch whisky
1 oz passion-fruit juice
Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a hip bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during happy hour, you can easily break a budget by having a few cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will choose red wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a delicious drink which is probably much healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever I can I prefer to drink organic wine or preservative free wine. I love French wines but am happy to try anything. I have also tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to pick a wine based on the region where it is made, you can be shocked at the quality of wines grown in regions not known for wine production.
There are many sites where you can find wine information to enable you to make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I tend to read wine blogs because you can then get almost instant opinions on the wine you are contemplating drinking.
If you are looking for more information on organic wines then see Treehugger for information on how buying organic produce is less harmful for soils. Wikipedia also has some good articles on organic growing and organic food and wine.
