Batida Abacaxi recipe

There are so many different drinks available now that it is confusing to know what to choose. One of the easiest ways to know which the best quality wines are is to find reviews. At least that way you will have some knowledge of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really one of the best way of discovering great wines.
I would always drink cocktails and have a good Batida Abacaxi recipe which I used to make up. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Batida Abacaxi recipe includes only these ingredients:
2 oz cachaca
4 oz pineapple chunks
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1 cup crushed ice
Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during specials, you can simply break the budget by drinking a couple of cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will stick to white wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a tasty drink which is most likely healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever possible I prefer to order organic wines or preservative free wine. I adore Australian wines but am willing to try anything. I have also tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to choose a wine based on the country where it is produced, you can be surprised at the quality of wines grown in regions not known for wine production.
There are many places where you can find wine information to allow you to make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I like to read wine blogs because you can then get almost instant feedback on the wine you are considering drinking.
If you are looking for more information on organic wines then see Treehugger for details on how buying organic produce is less harmful for out planet. Wikipedia also has some great articles on organic farming and organic food and wine.
