Batida de Carneval recipe

There are many different drinks available now that it is confusing to know what to buy. One of the best ways to know which the best wines are is to check out reviews. That means you will have some idea of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really one of the best way of finding excellent wines.
I did mostly drink cocktails and have a tasty Batida de Carneval recipe which I used to mix. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Batida de Carneval recipe includes the following ingredients:
1 oz orange juice
2 1/4 oz mango juice
3/4 oz cachaca
Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during specials, you can easily break a budget by drinking a few cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will choose white wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a tasty drink which is most probably better for me and with fewer calories.
Whenever I have a choice I prefer to drink Australian organic wine or low sulphate wine. I love American wines but am willing to try anything. I have even tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to pick a wine based on the region where it is produced, you can be surprised at the quality of wines made in countries not known for wine production.
There are many sites where you can find wine reviews to help you make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer rose or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I tend to read wine blogs because you can then get immediate feedback on the wine you are thinking of buying.
If you are interested in organic wines then visit Treehugger for help on how purchasing organic food is less destructive for the environment. Wikipedia also has some good articles on organic growing and organic food and wine.
