Bernardete recipe

There are plenty of different drinks available now that it is difficult to know what to choose. One of the simplest ways to know which the best quality wines are is to read reviews. That way you will have some inclination of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really one of the best way of finding delicious wines.
I would always drink cocktails and have a tasty Bernardete recipe which I used to make up. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Bernardete recipe consists of these ingredients:
2 shots peach liqueur
fill with peach juice
3 - 4 ice cubes
Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a hip bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during discount times, you can easily break a budget by having some cocktails. So now, more often than not I will choose red wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a tasty drink which is most probably much healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever I can I prefer to drink organic wines or low sulphate wine. I adore American wines but am happy to try anything. I have also tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to pick a wine based on the region where it is made, you can be amazed at the quality of wines grown in countries not known for wine production.
There are many sites where you can find wine reviews to allow you to make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer rose or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I like to read wine blogs because you can then get immediate feedback on the wine you are considering purchasing.
If you are interested in organic wines then see Treehugger for information on how choosing organic wine is less damaging for out planet. Wikipedia also has some good articles on organic farming and organic food and wine.
