Black Velvet recipe

There are plenty of different drinks available in the shops that it is difficult to know what to get. One of the best ways to find out which the best quality wines are is to read reviews. At least that way you will have some knowledge of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really a great way of discovering excellent wines.
I would mostly drink cocktails and have a good Black Velvet recipe which I used to mix. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Black Velvet recipe includes the following ingredients:
5 oz chilled stout
5 oz chilled Champagne
Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during happy hour, you can often break a budget by drinking a few cocktails. So now, more often than not I will stick to rose wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a great drink which is probably better for me and with fewer calories.
Whenever possible I prefer to buy organic wine or preservative free wine. I love French wines but am glad to try anything. I have also tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to choose a wine based on the region where it is grown, you can be amazed at the quality of wines made in regions not known for wine production.
There are many sites where you can find wine information to help you make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer rose or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I like to read wine social media sites because you can then get almost instant opinions on the wine you are thinking of drinking.
If you are thinking of trying organic wines then check out Treehugger for details on how buying organic produce is less harmful for the environment. Wikipedia also has some great articles on organic growing and organic food and wine.
