There are so many different beverages available these days that it is difficult to know what to choose. One of the best ways to discover which the best wines are is to check out reviews. That way you will have some knowledge of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really one of the best way of finding delicious wines.

I would often drink cocktails and have a great Bloody Mariana recipe which I used to make up. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Bloody Mariana recipe consists of these ingredients:

2 oz vodka
6 oz V8® vegetable juice
1 tsp lime juice
1 dash Tabasco® sauce
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 dash white pepper
1 dash celery salt
1 dash oregano

Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during discount times, you can easily break your budget by having some cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will choose white wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a delicious drink which is probably better for me and with fewer calories.

Whenever I can I prefer to buy organic wines or no added preservative wine. I love Australian wines but am happy to try anything. I have even tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to pick a wine based on the location where it is produced, you can be shocked at the quality of wines produced in areas not known for wine production.

There are many websites where you can find wine reviews to allow you to make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer rose or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I like to read wine blogs because you can then get fairly instant opinions on the wine you are considering drinking.

If you are interested in organic wines then check out Treehugger for help on how choosing organic food is less damaging for soils. Wikipedia also has some excellent articles on organic farms and organic food and wine.
