Blue Canary recipe

There are many different beverages available now that it is not easy to know what to buy. One of the easiest ways to know which the best quality wines are is to read reviews. At least that way you will have some idea of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really a great way of finding great wines.
I used to mostly drink cocktails and have a good Blue Canary recipe which I used to mix. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. For instance, the Blue Canary recipe uses these ingredients:
3/4 oz gin
3 tbsp grapefruit juice
1 tbsp Blue Curacao liqueur
Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are expensive! Even during happy hour, you can easily break your budget by drinking a couple of cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will stick to white wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a delicious drink which is most probably much healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever I can I prefer to drink Australian organic wine or no added preservative wine. I love French wines but am glad to try anything. I have also tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to pick a wine based on the location where it is made, you can be surprised at the quality of wines produced in areas not known for wine production.
There are many places where you can find wine reviews to enable you to make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I prefer to read wine blogs because you can then get fairly instant opinions on the wine you are contemplating purchasing.
If you are interested in organic wines then visit Treehugger for details on how purchasing organic produce is less damaging for out planet. Wikipedia also has some excellent articles on organic growing and organic food and wine.
