Blue Fox Trot recipe

There are plenty of different beverages available these days that it is not easy to know what to buy. One of the best ways to discover which the best wines are is to find reviews. At least that way you will have some knowledge of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really a great way of finding delicious wines.
I would mostly drink cocktails and have a great Blue Fox Trot recipe which I used to mix. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Blue Fox Trot recipe includes the following ingredients:
1 1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz lemon juice
2 - 3 dashes Blue Curacao liqueur
Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure are expensive! Even during specials, you can simply break the budget by drinking a couple of cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will stick to rose wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a delicious drink which is most probably better for me and with fewer calories.
Whenever I have a choice I prefer to drink organic wines or low sulphate wine. I adore American wines but am willing to try anything. I have also tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to judge a wine based on the region where it is made, you can be amazed at the quality of wines produced in regions not known for wine production.
There are many sites where you can find wine reviews to enable you to make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I tend to read wine forums because you can then get almost instant comments on the wine you are contemplating buying.
If you are looking for more information on organic wines then visit Treehugger for help on how buying organic produce is less destructive for soils. Wikipedia also has some excellent articles on organic farming and organic food and wine.
