Bourbon Flip recipe

There are so many different alcoholic drinks available these days that it is not easy to know what to choose. One of the easiest ways to discover which the best quality wines are is to find reviews. At least that way you will have some knowledge of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really a great way of discovering excellent wines.

I did always drink cocktails and have a good Bourbon Flip recipe which I used to make. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Bourbon Flip recipe includes the following ingredients:

2 oz bourbon whiskey
1 egg
1 tsp superfine sugar
1/2 oz light cream
1/8 tsp grated nutmeg

Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a hip bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during specials, you can often break the budget by having some cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will drink red wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a delicious drink which is most probably healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I can I prefer to order Australian organic wine or preservative free wine. I love Australian wines but am willing to try anything. I have even tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to pick a wine based on the region where it is made, you can be surprised at the quality of wines produced in regions not known for wine production.

There are many places where you can find wine reviews to allow you to make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I like to read wine blogs because you can then get fairly instant opinions on the wine you are thinking of buying.

If you are looking for more information on organic wines then check out Treehugger for details on how purchasing organic wine is less harmful for soils. Wikipedia also has some good articles on organic growing and organic food and wine.
