Brandy Sangaree recipe

There are plenty of different beverages available these days that it is not easy to know what to get. One of the best ways to discover which the best quality wines are is to read reviews. That way you will have some idea of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really one of the best way of choosing great wines.
I used to mostly drink cocktails and have a great Brandy Sangaree recipe which I used to make. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Brandy Sangaree recipe includes only these ingredients:
2 oz brandy
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1 tsp water
carbonated water
1 tbsp port
nutmeg
Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during specials, you can often break your budget by drinking some cocktails. So now, more often than not I will stick to red wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a great drink which is most probably better for me and with fewer calories.
Whenever I can I prefer to buy organic wine or no added preservative wine. I enjoy American wines but am willing to try anything. I have also tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to judge a wine based on the region where it is produced, you can be shocked at the quality of wines made in countries not known for wine production.
There are many websites where you can find wine information to allow you to make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I tend to read wine forums because you can then get almost instant comments on the wine you are contemplating buying.
