Brief Encounter recipe

There are plenty of different beverages available these days that it is confusing to know what to buy. One of the easiest ways to discover which the best value for money wines are is to find reviews. That means you will have some idea of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really one of the best way of discovering great wines.

I did mostly drink cocktails and have a good Brief Encounter recipe which I used to mix. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Brief Encounter recipe includes only these ingredients:

1 oz peach schnapps
1 oz coconut liqueur
1 scoop orange sherbet
1 dash grenadine syrup

Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during discount times, you can simply break the budget by consuming a few cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will drink rose wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a great drink which is probably much healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever possible I prefer to order organic wines or no added preservative wine. I love American wines but am happy to try anything. I have happily tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to pick a wine based on the location where it is produced, you can be surprised at the quality of wines grown in areas not known for wine production.

There are many websites where you can find wine recommendations to allow you to make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I like to read wine forums because you can then get fairly instant opinions on the wine you are thinking of buying.
