There are so many different alcoholic drinks available these days that it is difficult to know what to choose. One of the easiest ways to know which the best wines are is to read reviews. That means you will have some knowledge of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really one of the best way of finding great wines.

I did mostly drink cocktails and have a tasty Bullshot recipe which I used to make up. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. For instance, the Bullshot recipe consists of the following ingredients:

3 oz vodka
4 oz strong cold beef bouillon
salt
pepper

Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during discount times, you can simply break the budget by having a few cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will stick to rose wine or champagne. I have learnt which are the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a tasty drink which is probably better for me and with fewer calories.

Whenever possible I prefer to drink organic wine or no added preservative wine. I love American wines but am willing to try anything. I have even tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to choose a wine based on the region where it is produced, you can be shocked at the quality of wines grown in regions not known for wine production.

There are many websites where you can find wine recommendations to allow you to make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I tend to read wine social media sites because you can then get fairly instant opinions on the wine you are contemplating purchasing.

If you are looking for more information on organic wines then visit Treehugger for help on how purchasing organic wine is less harmful for the environment. Wikipedia also has some good articles on organic growing and organic food and wine.
