Byrrh Cocktail recipe

There are plenty of different beverages available these days that it is difficult to know what to buy. One of the best ways to discover which the best wines are is to read reviews. That way you will have some inclination of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really the best way of choosing delicious wines.
I used to mostly drink cocktails and have a great Byrrh Cocktail recipe which I used to mix. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Byrrh Cocktail recipe includes only these ingredients:
1 oz rye whiskey
1 oz byrrh wine
1 oz dry vermouth
Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are expensive! Even during specials, you can easily break a budget by drinking a couple of cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will stick to rose wine or champagne. I have learnt which are the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a great drink which is most probably healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever I have a choice I prefer to drink organic wines or no added preservative wine. I love French wines but am glad to try anything. I have happily tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to judge a wine based on the region where it is made, you can be amazed at the quality of wines grown in countries not known for wine production.
There are many sites where you can find wine reviews to help you make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I prefer to read wine blogs because you can then get fairly instant feedback on the wine you are thinking of purchasing.
If you are looking for more information on organic wines then visit Treehugger for help on how purchasing organic wine is less destructive for the environment. Wikipedia also has some great articles on organic farming and organic food and wine.
