Caledonia recipe

There are plenty of different drinks available now that it is not easy to know what to get. One of the easiest ways to know which the best wines are is to check out reviews. That means you will have some idea of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really a great way of choosing excellent wines.
I did always drink cocktails and have a tasty Caledonia recipe which I used to make up. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Caledonia recipe uses only these ingredients:
3/4 oz brandy
3/4 oz brown creme de cacao
1 egg yolk
3/4 oz cream
3/4 oz milk
Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during specials, you can often break your budget by having a couple of cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will choose rose wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a great drink which is most probably much healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever I have a choice I prefer to buy Australian organic wine or preservative free wine. I love American wines but am glad to try anything. I have even tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to choose a wine based on the location where it is grown, you can be surprised at the quality of wines grown in areas not known for wine production.
There are many places where you can find wine reviews to enable you to make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I like to read wine forums because you can then get fairly instant comments on the wine you are thinking of drinking.
