Catfish recipe

There are plenty of different alcoholic drinks available in the shops that it is difficult to know what to choose. One of the simplest ways to find out which the best wines are is to find reviews. At least that way you will have some knowledge of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really the best way of discovering excellent wines.

I used to mostly drink cocktails and have a tasty Catfish recipe which I used to make. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Catfish recipe consists of these ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Crown Royal® Canadian whisky
1/2 oz peach schnapps

Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a hip bar but they sure are expensive! Even during specials, you can simply break your budget by drinking a couple of cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will drink white wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a tasty drink which is probably much healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I have a choice I prefer to order organic wine or low sulphate wine. I love Australian wines but am glad to try anything. I have even tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to judge a wine based on the region where it is produced, you can be shocked at the quality of wines grown in areas not known for wine production.

There are many places where you can find wine reviews to allow you to make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I like to read wine forums because you can then get almost instant opinions on the wine you are contemplating buying.

If you are thinking of trying organic wines then see Treehugger for help on how buying organic produce is less damaging for the environment. Wikipedia also has some excellent articles on organic growing and organic food and wine.

If you have a particular wine which you like to drink then let us know by leaving us a comment or if you have any questions such as how to choose a good wine or anything about wine then ask us and we will get back to you!
