There are many different beverages available in the shops that it is not easy to know what to buy. One of the best ways to find out which the best wines are is to find reviews. That means you will have some idea of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really one of the best way of discovering great wines.

I would often drink cocktails and have a great Chapala recipe which I used to mix. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Chapala recipe includes these ingredients:

1 1/2 oz tequila
1 dash triple sec
2 tsp grenadine syrup
1 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 slice orange

Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during specials, you can simply break a budget by having some cocktails. So now, more often than not I will choose rose wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a great drink which is most likely better for me and with fewer calories.

Whenever I have a choice I prefer to buy organic wine or low sulphate wine. I love Australian wines but am glad to try anything. I have even tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to judge a wine based on the country where it is produced, you can be surprised at the quality of wines produced in countries not known for wine production.

There are many websites where you can find wine reviews to enable you to make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I like to read wine forums because you can then get almost instant comments on the wine you are considering purchasing.

If you are interested in organic wines then visit Treehugger for information on how purchasing organic wine is less harmful for out planet. Wikipedia also has some good articles on organic growing and organic food and wine.
