A glass or two of wine from time to time is not only nice for some people, it is also accepted to have significant health benefits. Although possibility not proven, consuming wine, and red wine in particular, is widely believed to reduce the risk of heart disease, provide a certain amount of cancer protection and could possibly also defer the signs of aging.
Chilean Wine in Spokane Valley
Even though it's true that I don't really drink alcohol on a somewhat regular basis, I do have a glass of Chilean wine occasionally, usually when I'm at a night out with friends or family. My last time in Spokane Valley was at Bard's Cafe. That is a trendy place to eat a meal and have a glass of Chilean wine. Surprisingly, you might be able to also do some celebrity spotting there as they say that Heather Locklear once spent an evening there. However I'm not sure that really happened.
While on the subject of celebrities, that reminds me of this famous quote:
We are long before we are convinced that happiness is never to be found, and each believes it possessed by others, to keep alive the hope of obtaining it for himself.
Not that I have any idea whatsoever as to who said that and not that I have any idea why I just this moment remembered that but I digress...
So, if you are trying to have a great little glass of wine (or much more) in Spokane Valley, try some Chilean wine, it's definitely worth your time.
