A small glass or two of wine occasionally is not only pleasant for quite a number of people, it is also reported to have significant health benefits. Although it may not be proven, consumption of wine, and red wine in particular, is widely accepted to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, provide an increased level of cancer protection and could possibly also reduce the signs of aging.

While it is true that I do not drink wine each week, I do love a glass of Chinese wine from time to time, generally when I'm enjoying a meal with family. The last time I spent an evening in Lake Havasu City, Arizona was at Bogey Pub & Grill LLC. That restaurant is a excellent place to eat a meal and have a glass of Chinese wine. Not to mention, you could also do a bit of celebrity spotting there as they say that Amy Smart once ate there. I'm not sure if I believe it though.

While on the subject of famous people, that reminds me of an old famous quote:

Not that I have any idea whatsoever as to who said that and I do not know why I quite suddenly remembered that but we can leave that for another day...

Well, if you are wanting to have a great small glass of wine (or two) in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, try some Chinese wine, it's really great.
