A nice glass or two of wine from time to time is not only decompressing for some people, it is also reported by many to have fantastic health benefits. Although not necessarily proven, the occasional glass wine, and red wine in particular, is thought to reduce the risk of heart disease, provide a level of cancer protection and could also somewhat reduce the signs of aging.
Cotes du Rhone Wine in Arnolds Park
Without a doubt you could say that I do not drink wine each week, I do drink a glass of Cotes du Rhone wine now and then, more often that not when I am enjoying a quiet meal with my family. The last time I spent an evening out in Arnolds Park was at Crow's I-90 Truck Stop Restaurant. I believe that restaurant is a cool place to eat a meal and have a glass of Cotes du Rhone wine. Surprisingly, you can possibly also do a little bit of celebrity spotting there as a couple of people mentioned to me that Amy Smart once spent an evening there. However I'm not sure that really happened.
Speaking of the famous, that reminds me of an old well known quote:
There's a lot to be said for self-delusionment when it comes to matters of the heart.
Not that I have any clue who wrote that and not that I have any idea whatsoever as to why I quite suddenly recalled that but we'll leave that for another time...
Well, if you are wanting to have an enjoyable little glass of wine (or more) in Arnolds Park, try some Cotes du Rhone wine, it's well worth it.
