There are plenty of different drinks available in the shops that it is not easy to know what to buy. One of the easiest ways to know which the best value for money wines are is to find reviews. That means you will have some inclination of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really one of the best way of discovering delicious wines.
I used to always drink cocktails and have a good Creamsicle #4 recipe which I used to make up. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Creamsicle #4 recipe uses these ingredients:
1 oz Absolut® Citron vodka
2 oz orange juice
1 tsp grenadine syrup
Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during happy hour, you can simply break the budget by consuming a few cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will stick to red wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a great drink which is most likely better for me and with fewer calories.
Whenever possible I prefer to buy Australian organic wine or low sulphate wine. I enjoy American wines but am happy to try anything. I have also tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to pick a wine based on the location where it is made, you can be amazed at the quality of wines grown in areas not known for wine production.
There are many sites where you can find wine information to help you make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I like to read wine forums because you can then get fairly instant feedback on the wine you are thinking of buying.
