Dead Bastard recipe

There are plenty of different drinks available now that it is confusing to know what to choose. One of the best ways to discover which the best value for money wines are is to find reviews. At least that way you will have some idea of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really a great way of discovering great wines.

I would mostly drink cocktails and have a tasty Dead Bastard recipe which I used to make. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. For instance, the Dead Bastard recipe uses these ingredients:

1 oz brandy
1 oz bourbon whiskey
1 oz gin
1 oz rum
1/2 oz lime juice
1 dash bitters
1 oz ginger ale

Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during happy hour, you can often break the budget by having a couple of cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will drink rose wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a delicious drink which is probably much healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I have a choice I prefer to buy organic wines or low sulphate wine. I love American wines but am glad to try anything. I have even tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to pick a wine based on the region where it is made, you can be shocked at the quality of wines grown in regions not known for wine production.

There are many sites where you can find wine recommendations to allow you to make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I prefer to read wine social media sites because you can then get almost instant opinions on the wine you are contemplating drinking.
