Deer Hunter recipe

There are so many different alcoholic drinks available these days that it is confusing to know what to buy. One of the simplest ways to find out which the best wines are is to read reviews. That means you will have some knowledge of the type of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really one of the best way of finding excellent wines.

I used to often drink cocktails and have a great Deer Hunter recipe which I used to make. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. For instance, the Deer Hunter recipe includes these ingredients:

2 oz chilled Jagermeister® herbal liqueur
1 oz vodka
1 squeeze lemons
3 - 5 oz chilled root beer

Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during discount times, you can easily break your budget by having some cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will drink red wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a delicious drink which is most probably healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever possible I prefer to buy organic wine or low sulphate wine. I enjoy Australian wines but am glad to try anything. I have happily tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to judge a wine based on the country where it is produced, you can be shocked at the quality of wines grown in regions not known for wine production.

There are many sites where you can find wine recommendations to help you make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I tend to read wine forums because you can then get almost instant opinions on the wine you are contemplating purchasing.
