There are many different drinks available in the shops that it is confusing to know what to choose. One of the easiest ways to find out which the best quality wines are is to find reviews. That means you will have some knowledge of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really one of the best way of finding excellent wines.
I would often drink cocktails and have a great Delmonico #2 recipe which I used to mix. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Delmonico #2 recipe consists of the following ingredients:
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz sweet vermouth
1/2 oz brandy
1/4 oz gin
1 twist lemon peel
Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during discount times, you can often break your budget by having some cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will stick to rose wine or champagne. I have learnt which are the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a delicious drink which is most likely much healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever I have a choice I prefer to buy Australian organic wine or low sulphate wine. I adore French wines but am glad to try anything. I have also tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to pick a wine based on the country where it is made, you can be shocked at the quality of wines produced in regions not known for wine production.
There are many places where you can find wine reviews to enable you to make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I prefer to read wine social media sites because you can then get fairly instant feedback on the wine you are considering drinking.
