There are so many different drinks available now that it is not easy to know what to get. One of the simplest ways to discover which the best wines are is to find reviews. At least that way you will have some inclination of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really a great way of discovering great wines.
I would often drink cocktails and have a good Dr. Pepper #4 recipe which I used to make. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Dr. Pepper #4 recipe consists of only these ingredients:
8 oz beer
4 oz Coca-Cola®
1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz cherry brandy
Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure are expensive! Even during specials, you can often break the budget by having a few cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will stick to white wine or champagne. I have learnt which are the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a great drink which is probably better for me and with fewer calories.
Whenever possible I prefer to order organic wine or preservative free wine. I love French wines but am glad to try anything. I have happily tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to choose a wine based on the location where it is produced, you can be shocked at the quality of wines produced in regions not known for wine production.
There are many sites where you can find wine reviews to help you make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I like to read wine forums because you can then get immediate comments on the wine you are contemplating drinking.
