Enjoying a glass or two of wine every now and then is not only unwinding for heaps of people, it is also well known to have excellent health benefits. Although not necessarily proven, consumption of wine, and red wine in particular, is widely thought to reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases, provide a level of cancer protection and could also significantly reduce the signs of aging.

Dry White Wine in Albion

While it's true that I don't really drink on a somewhat regular basis, I do relish in a glass of Dry White wine occasionally, more often when I am enjoying dinner with my friends. The last time I went out in Albion was at Billy Heartbeats. That's a pretty cool place to eat and drink a glass of Dry White wine. As an aside, you could also do some celebrity spotting there as someone told me that Keira Knightley once went there. However I'm not sure that's a true story.

Speaking about personalities, that reminds me of this famous quote:

If you would be pungent, be brief for it is with words as with sunbeams - the more they are condensed, the deeper they burn.

I am not sure who wrote that and I don't have a clue why I suddenly thought of that but that's another story...

So anyway, if you are trying to have an enjoyable small glass of wine (or two) in Albion, try some Dry White wine, it's really tasty.
