There are so many different beverages available these days that it is not easy to know what to buy. One of the best ways to know which the best wines are is to read reviews. That means you will have some inclination of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really a great way of discovering delicious wines.

I used to always drink cocktails and have a great Dubonnet Cocktail recipe which I used to mix. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Dubonnet Cocktail recipe consists of only these ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Dubonnet® French vermouth
3/4 oz gin
1 dash bitters
1 twist lemon peel

Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during specials, you can easily break your budget by drinking some cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will choose red wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a tasty drink which is probably better for me and with fewer calories.

Whenever I have a choice I prefer to order Australian organic wine or no added preservative wine. I adore French wines but am willing to try anything. I have also tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to judge a wine based on the location where it is produced, you can be surprised at the quality of wines produced in countries not known for wine production.

There are many websites where you can find wine recommendations to allow you to make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I like to read wine social media sites because you can then get immediate comments on the wine you are thinking of drinking.

If you are thinking of trying organic wines then check out Treehugger for details on how buying organic wine is less harmful for soils. Wikipedia also has some great articles on organic farms and organic food and wine.
