Having a couple of glasses of wine every now and then is not only delightful for plenty of people, it is also accepted to have a lot of health benefits. Although perhaps not proven, a regular glass of wine, and red wine in particular, is widely thought to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, provide a certain amount of cancer protection and could possibly also reduce the signs of aging.

While it's true that I don't drink wine on a fairly regular basis, I do relish in a glass of Durif wine now and then, more often that not when I'm having dinner with my closest friends. The last time I went out in Harrisburg - 2,507 was at Golden Nugget Antique Flea Market Restaurant. I know that to be a great place to eat a meal and drink a glass of Durif wine. Also, you could also do a bit of celebrity spotting there as they say that Kate Hudson once made an appearance there. However that may not be true.

On the subject of celebrities, that reminds me of an old well known quote:

He who has injured thee was stronger or weaker than thee. If weaker, spare him if stronger, spare thyself.

I don't have a clue who wrote or said that and I admit I do not know why I just this moment recalled that but I digress...
