Durif Wine in Luray

A small glass of wine now and then is not only fun for a fair number of people, it is also believed to have significant health benefits. Although it may not be proven, consuming wine, and red wine in particular, is widely accepted to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, provide a level of cancer protection and could possibly also somewhat reduce the signs of aging.

You could say that I don't drink on a week to week basis, I do enjoy a glass of Durif wine occasionally, more often when I'm having a quiet dinner with friends and family. The most recent time I headed out to dinner in Luray was at Berso Foods Inc. From my experience that restaurant is a excellent place to eat and enjoy a glass of Durif wine. As an aside, you can also do a little celebrity spotting there as a couple of people mentioned that Jessica Alba once visited there. That may not be true though.

While I'm thinking about personalities, that reminds me of this famous quote:

I do not have any idea who wrote that and I don't know why I quite suddenly recalled that but anyway...

So anyway, if you are hoping to have a delicious drink of wine (or two) in Luray, try some Durif wine, it's really fantastic.
