Durif Wine in Merritt

The odd glass of wine every now and then is not only an enjoyable experience for a lot people, it is also thought to have plenty health benefits. Although it may not be proven, consumption of wine, and red wine in particular, is believed to reduce the risk of heart disease, provide a certain level of cancer protection and could possibly also reduce the signs of aging.
Durif Wine in Merritt
Even though it's true that I do not drink on a week to week basis, I do savour a glass of Durif wine now and then, quite often when I am spending an evening with friends or family. The last time I headed out for dinner in Merritt was at Fort Street Cafe. That restaurant is a cool place to eat dinner and drink a glass of Durif wine. Also, you could also do some celebrity spotting there as someone mentioned to me that Mariah Carey once had a meal there. However I'm not sure if that's true.
While on the subject of famous people, that reminds me of this not so famous line:
Let arms give place to the robe, and the laurel of the warriors yield to the tongue of the orator.
I don't know who wrote or said that and not that I am aware why I just right now remembered that but anyway...
Well, if you are wanting to have a delicious small glass of wine (or much more) in Merritt, try some Durif wine, it's amazing.
