Dutch Coffee recipe

There are so many different drinks available in the shops that it is difficult to know what to buy. One of the simplest ways to discover which the best quality wines are is to find reviews. That means you will have some knowledge of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really one of the best way of finding delicious wines.
I used to always drink cocktails and have a great Dutch Coffee recipe which I used to make. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Dutch Coffee recipe uses these ingredients:
1 oz oude genever gin
5 oz hot black coffee
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
1 tsp sugar
Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a hip bar but they sure are expensive! Even during specials, you can often break the budget by having a few cocktails. So now, more often than not I will stick to red wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a delicious drink which is most likely better for me and with fewer calories.
Whenever I have a choice I prefer to buy organic wines or preservative free wine. I love American wines but am happy to try anything. I have even tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to choose a wine based on the region where it is grown, you can be shocked at the quality of wines grown in regions not known for wine production.
There are many places where you can find wine information to allow you to make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I tend to read wine blogs because you can then get immediate feedback on the wine you are contemplating buying.
If you are interested in organic wines then visit Treehugger for information on how purchasing organic wine is less damaging for soils. Wikipedia also has some excellent articles on organic farming and organic food and wine.
