East Indian recipe

There are plenty of different alcoholic drinks available these days that it is difficult to know what to choose. One of the simplest ways to discover which the best quality wines are is to read reviews. That means you will have some idea of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really one of the best way of discovering excellent wines.

I did often drink cocktails and have a tasty East Indian recipe which I used to mix. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the East Indian recipe uses only these ingredients:

1 oz dry sherry
3/4 oz dry vermouth
1/4 oz bianco vermouth
1 dash orange bitters

Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a hip bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during discount times, you can easily break the budget by having some cocktails. So now, more often than not I will choose red wine or champagne. I have learnt which are the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a tasty drink which is probably much healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I can I prefer to drink organic wine or no added preservative wine. I enjoy Australian wines but am willing to try anything. I have also tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to choose a wine based on the country where it is made, you can be amazed at the quality of wines made in regions not known for wine production.

There are many places where you can find wine recommendations to enable you to make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I like to read wine blogs because you can then get almost instant comments on the wine you are considering purchasing.

If you are interested in organic wines then visit Treehugger for information on how buying organic produce is less harmful for out planet. Wikipedia also has some excellent articles on organic growing and organic food and wine.
