Egril recipe

There are plenty of different alcoholic drinks available in the shops that it is not easy to know what to buy. One of the simplest ways to know which the best quality wines are is to find reviews. At least that way you will have some inclination of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really a great way of discovering excellent wines.

I used to mostly drink cocktails and have a great Egril recipe which I used to make up. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Egril recipe uses only these ingredients:

1/2 oz dark rum
1/2 oz white rum
1/2 oz Irish Mist® herbal liqueur
1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 lime
1 tsp sugar

Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during happy hour, you can often break your budget by drinking a couple of cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will stick to red wine or champagne. I have learnt which are the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a delicious drink which is most probably healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I have a choice I prefer to drink organic wines or no added preservative wine. I love American wines but am glad to try anything. I have even tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to choose a wine based on the region where it is grown, you can be shocked at the quality of wines made in countries not known for wine production.

There are many websites where you can find wine information to help you make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer rose or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I tend to read wine forums because you can then get fairly instant feedback on the wine you are contemplating buying.
