There are many different alcoholic drinks available now that it is not easy to know what to buy. One of the simplest ways to know which the best quality wines are is to check out reviews. At least that way you will have some idea of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really a great way of discovering great wines.

I did mostly drink cocktails and have a great Eldorado recipe which I used to make. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. For instance, the Eldorado recipe consists of the following ingredients:

2 oz tequila
1 1/2 oz lemon juice
1 tbsp honey

Cocktails are a lot of fun to have at a party or at a hip bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during happy hour, you can simply break a budget by drinking a few cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will stick to rose wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails means I get a tasty drink which is most probably healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever possible I prefer to buy organic wine or preservative free wine. I adore Australian wines but am happy to try anything. I have happily tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to judge a wine based on the region where it is produced, you can be amazed at the quality of wines produced in areas not known for wine production.

There are many websites where you can find wine reviews to enable you to make a good choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I tend to read wine forums because you can then get almost instant comments on the wine you are thinking of buying.
