Elf Tea recipe

There are many different alcoholic drinks available now that it is not easy to know what to choose. One of the best ways to find out which the best wines are is to read reviews. At least that way you will have some inclination of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Recommendations are really the best way of discovering great wines.

I would always drink cocktails and have a tasty Elf Tea recipe which I used to make. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Elf Tea recipe uses the following ingredients:

1 oz peppermint liqueur
3 oz iced tea
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp sugar

Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a hip bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during discount times, you can often break a budget by consuming a couple of cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will stick to red wine or champagne. I have discovered which are the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a delicious drink which is most probably better for me and with fewer calories.

Whenever possible I prefer to buy Australian organic wine or no added preservative wine. I love French wines but am willing to try anything. I have also tried wines from South Africa before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to choose a wine based on the region where it is grown, you can be surprised at the quality of wines grown in regions not known for wine production.

There are many websites where you can find wine reviews to allow you to make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I tend to read wine blogs because you can then get immediate comments on the wine you are considering purchasing.
