Emerald Eye recipe

There are many different alcoholic drinks available now that it is difficult to know what to choose. One of the best ways to know which the best wines are is to check out reviews. That way you will have some knowledge of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really one of the best way of choosing great wines.
I used to mostly drink cocktails and have a good Emerald Eye recipe which I used to make. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. For instance, the Emerald Eye recipe uses the following ingredients:
1 part gin
1 part Midori® melon liqueur
1 part Blue Curacao liqueur
Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure are very expensive! Even during discount times, you can often break the budget by drinking a few cocktails. So now, more often than not I will choose white wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a great drink which is most likely healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever I can I prefer to order organic wines or no added preservative wine. I enjoy Australian wines but am willing to try anything. I have even tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to choose a wine based on the region where it is grown, you can be amazed at the quality of wines produced in areas not known for wine production.
There are many sites where you can find wine information to allow you to make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer rose or sparkling wine, you can find the latest reviews online. I tend to read wine forums because you can then get immediate feedback on the wine you are considering drinking.
If you are thinking of trying organic wines then check out Treehugger for details on how choosing organic wine is less destructive for out planet. Wikipedia also has some great articles on organic farms and organic food and wine.
