Even Pair recipe

There are plenty of different beverages available these days that it is difficult to know what to get. One of the simplest ways to know which the best quality wines are is to check out reviews. At least that way you will have some knowledge of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really one of the best way of finding excellent wines.

I used to always drink cocktails and have a great Even Pair recipe which I used to make. Even the most seemingly difficult cocktails are actually easy to make. For example, the Even Pair recipe includes only these ingredients:

1 oz gin
1 oz dry vermouth
1/3 oz pear liqueur
4 oz tonic water

Cocktails are fun to have at a party or at a hip bar but they sure can be expensive! Even during discount times, you can often break a budget by having some cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will choose white wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and know that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a delicious drink which is most probably much healthier and with fewer calories.

Whenever I have a choice I prefer to buy organic wine or preservative free wine. I enjoy American wines but am glad to try anything. I have happily tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not always a good idea to choose a wine based on the country where it is made, you can be surprised at the quality of wines produced in areas not known for wine production.

There are many places where you can find wine recommendations to help you make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I like to read wine social media sites because you can then get fairly instant opinions on the wine you are considering purchasing.
