Evil Blue Thing recipe

There are so many different beverages available these days that it is confusing to know what to buy. One of the simplest ways to find out which the best wines are is to check out reviews. At least that way you will have some inclination of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Reviews are really the best way of finding delicious wines.
I would mostly drink cocktails and have a good Evil Blue Thing recipe which I used to mix. Even the most detailed cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Evil Blue Thing recipe consists of only these ingredients:
1 1/2 oz white creme de cacao
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1/2 oz white rum
Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are expensive! Even during happy hour, you can simply break your budget by consuming a couple of cocktails. So these days, more often than not I will drink red wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails generally means I get a delicious drink which is most probably much healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever possible I prefer to order organic wines or no added preservative wine. I love American wines but am glad to try anything. I have also tried wines from Italy before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to pick a wine based on the country where it is produced, you can be shocked at the quality of wines grown in countries not known for wine production.
There are many places where you can find wine recommendations to enable you to make the best choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I like to read wine forums because you can then get fairly instant feedback on the wine you are considering buying.
If you are interested in organic wines then visit Treehugger for information on how buying organic produce is less destructive for the environment. Wikipedia also has some great articles on organic farming and organic food and wine.
