There are so many different alcoholic drinks available these days that it is not easy to know what to buy. One of the easiest ways to discover which the best quality wines are is to find reviews. That means you will have some idea of the flavour of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really the best way of finding great wines.
I would always drink cocktails and have a great Excitabull recipe which I used to make. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. As an example, the Excitabull recipe includes only these ingredients:
1 oz vodka
1 oz peach schnapps
8 oz can Red Bull® energy drink
cranberry juice
Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a trendy bar but they sure are expensive! Even during discount times, you can simply break the budget by drinking some cocktails. So nowadays, more often than not I will choose red wine or champagne. I have learnt which are the best organic wines available and believe that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a great drink which is most likely much healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever I have a choice I prefer to buy Australian organic wine or preservative free wine. I love French wines but am glad to try anything. I have happily tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not often a good idea to judge a wine based on the country where it is produced, you can be amazed at the quality of wines made in areas not known for wine production.
There are many sites where you can find wine recommendations to allow you to make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer white or sparkling wine, you can find many reviews online. I like to read wine blogs because you can then get fairly instant feedback on the wine you are considering buying.
