Fickle Pickle recipe

There are so many different alcoholic drinks available in the shops that it is difficult to know what to buy. One of the simplest ways to know which the best wines are is to read reviews. That way you will have some knowledge of the kind of wine it is as well as the quality of the wine. Others opinions are really the best way of choosing great wines.
I used to always drink cocktails and have a great Fickle Pickle recipe which I used to make. Even the most elaborate cocktails are actually easy to make. For instance, the Fickle Pickle recipe uses the following ingredients:
3/4 oz vodka
3/4 oz Midori® melon liqueur
1/4 oz Crown Royal® Canadian whisky
1/2 oz triple sec
sweet and sour mix
Cocktails are cool to have at a party or at a cool bar but they sure are expensive! Even during happy hour, you can simply break the budget by consuming a couple of cocktails. So now, more often than not I will drink white wine or champagne. I have educated myself on the best organic wines available and accept that drinking wine over cocktails will mean I get a delicious drink which is most probably healthier and with fewer calories.
Whenever I can I prefer to buy organic wine or low sulphate wine. I enjoy American wines but am willing to try anything. I have happily tried wines from Argentina before and they have been some of the best wines I have ever had. It is not necessarily a good idea to judge a wine based on the region where it is produced, you can be shocked at the quality of wines grown in countries not known for wine production.
There are many websites where you can find wine information to help you make a reliable choice in wine. Whether you prefer red or sparkling wine, you can find recent reviews online. I prefer to read wine blogs because you can then get fairly instant comments on the wine you are contemplating buying.
If you are interested in organic wines then visit Treehugger for help on how buying organic wine is less damaging for the environment. Wikipedia also has some excellent articles on organic growing and organic food and wine.
